I'm so happy with this new purchase. I had a great feeling that it would be good when it arrived in a box larger than the purse itself instead of being folded all up and put in a small shipping bag.
The purse was packed in a protective bag and was stuffed with paper to keep it from being crushed. All the hardware and the handles had protective coverings on them. I'm so thrilled that I didn't have to set the purse up with more packing material so that all the folds would come out because there were no unwanted folds.
There is a very slight chemical smell but I'm sure it will go away very quickly like was said in all the other reviews. I was worried about purchasing another purse online but this company did a very nice job of giving me a quality purse that is exactly as pictured and described.
I will buy from them again. OH one final praise worthy comment is about the shoulder strap.....it is very sturdy and it has fabric on the bottom part of the strap which allows it to stay on my shoulder much easier.
I didn't even know that was something I wanted but they did a nice job in there design of this purse. I'm totally happy but now my only problem is that I want all the other colors.
